SEAI Home Energy Grants
The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) offers a range of supports for homeowners upgrading their insulation. Grants are available for external wall insulation under both individual upgrades and the One Stop Shop scheme.
Who Can Apply?
- Owner-occupied homes built before 2011
- Landlords and Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs)
- Homes that haven’t previously received SEAI funding for insulation

How Much Can You Receive?
- Detached houses: Up to €8,000
- Semi-detached/end-of-terrace: Up to €6,500
- Mid-terrace: Up to €3,500
- Apartment: Up to €3,000
Why Use a Certified Baumit Installer?
