Render on Carrier Board

The Baumit System can be applied on many different types of carrier board, such as:

It is the customer responsibility to check with the board manufacturer and the Baumit technical team that a render system can be applied to it.

The overall installation of the board must be applied as manufacturer manual.

Installation of the Baumit Render System on carrier board

Stage 1	Apply Basecoat, Reinforcement Mesh & Beading/Profiles 1 coat of Baumit StarContact to a thickness of 5-6mm with a layer of reinforcement mesh embedded into the basecoat. All beading must also be placed and embedded into the basecoat.
