Fees, Cancellations, and No Shows

Due to the demand and quality of the training, you will need to pay a fee of €250 to hold your space. This fee will be refunded to you on completion of your course. Your space will not be fully secured until successful completion of payment.

Payment can be charged to your Chadwicks account. Please let us know the Chadwicks account you wish to use and if you would like to use a PO or reference for this.

Otherwise, we can also take a payment over Prommt – a secure card payment system. We cannot accept cash or cheque payments, and we cannot accept card payments over the phone or in person. If you need any help with processing your Prommt payment, a member of the team will be happy to assist. If you are paying by Prommt and would like more information, please contact a member of the team.

We’ll send you reminders in the weeks/days running up to your course. If for any reason you cannot attend on the day, you’ll need to let us know as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give us more than 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your €250. If rescheduling, this will be subject to availability of dates.

Once you complete the course your €250 will be credited back to your Chadwicks account or refunded to you through the Prommt system.
